Refund Policy

We’re confident you’ll love your products from us, however, if you need to return your items then here’s our policy. Items purchased from instore or online at www.finishingtouchesbyisobel.com must be returned to www.finishingtouchesbyisobel.com

If you have purchased our products from a 3rd party outlet, please contact them directly for their returns policy.

We can only accept refunds, returns & exchanges for unopened items purchased from us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product and with the original sales invoice.

Any refunds are credited to the original payment card only. Before returning your item to us, please email finishingtouchesforres@gmail.com to confirm your intent and your reason for the return. We will, at that point, supply the correct return address for you.

Please ensure that all items are returned unopened in their original packaging with a sales receipt,  that they are securely boxed, labeled and insured for their value with a tracking number.

I cannot accept goods from your chosen delivery company if the packaging  arrives damaged. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item has a fault on it’s arrival to you. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, please email finishingtouchesforres@gmail.com to request an exchange.

Exchanges can be offered only for products of an equal or lesser value. Refund processing may take up to 7-10 full working days.

Where ever possible we recycle packaging to try and reduce wastage.
We hope that you can reuse too!

All orders sent to you must be signed on receipt from your courier.

Whilst all care is taken with images placed on the website, there may be variations due to a number of factors such as, but not limited too screen resolution, varying light, poor quality images, or second party photography 

If, on delivery you are not happy with a product for such reasons you may return the items in the condition you received them for a full refund of the cost of the goods
